Responsible For

Direct and supervise overall store operations to achieve financial, operational, and customer service targets.

  • Ensure optimal stock levels, inventory accuracy, and merchandise presentation that aligns with brand guidelines.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.

  • Analyze sales reports and consumer trends to make data-driven business decisions.

  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through superior service delivery and personalized engagement.

  • Foster an inclusive, motivated, and accountable team environment that encourages innovation and ownership.

  • Champion best-in-class customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

  • Resolve customer concerns and escalations promptly and professionally, safeguarding brand reputation.

  • Lead initiatives to gather and act on customer feedback to continuously enhance service delivery.

  • Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory, safety, and security protocols.
