Olushola is a Legal Practitioner with over 22 years of cognate experience in legal practice, compliance and regulatory matters. He obtained a B.L. and LL.B from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja and Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria, respectively.

He worked with several law firms and corporate organisations before joining Retail Supermarkets Nigeria Limited as the Head of Legal and Compliance. He has attended several courses facilitated by organisations and institutions such as FITC Consulting, Euro money Institute, Conrad Clark Associates, UK and Institute of Risk Management.
